This Privacy Policy explains how EZRAAG LLC (“EZRAAG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit ezraag.com (the “Site”) or contact us through it. EZRAAG LLC is a holding company based in San Diego, California.
Information we collect
Information you provide. When you use our contact form, we collect the details you submit: your name, email address, phone number, what you’re looking for, and your message.
The AI assistant. Questions you type into “Ask the operator” are sent to Anthropic, which provides the Claude model that writes the answers, and are processed under Anthropic’s commercial terms. We don’t store your chat. If you choose to send the conversation to us through the assistant’s follow-up form, we receive it by email along with the contact details you enter. Please don’t share sensitive personal information in the chat.
Information collected automatically. We use Google Analytics and Vercel Web Analytics to understand how the Site is used, such as pages and sections viewed, buttons clicked, general device, browser and region information, and how visitors arrive. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar identifiers to do this. We don’t use this data to identify you and don’t send it your name, email, phone number, messages or chat. Our hosting and security providers also process technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the Site and protect it from abuse.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and communicate with you about a potential project, partnership, or request.
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Site and our services.
- To keep records of our correspondence and to protect against spam, fraud, or abuse.
- To comply with our legal obligations.
How we share your information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate the Site and respond to you, and only to the extent needed to perform those services: Vercel (hosting and Web Analytics), Resend (email delivery), Anthropic (the AI assistant) and Google (Analytics). We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
Data retention
We keep contact submissions for as long as needed to respond to you and maintain a reasonable business record, then delete or anonymize them. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain uses. To make a request, email ezra@ezraag.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Cookies
Google Analytics sets cookies (such as _ga) to count visits and tell new visitors from returning ones. The Site also sets one cookie, op_ask, to count how many questions you’ve asked the AI assistant today, and your browser may keep small preferences locally (such as your Fun Mode high score) that never leave your device. We don’t use advertising cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s opt-out browser add-on.

The Site links to the independent ventures and businesses founded or operated by Ezra A. Gonzalez, as well as other third-party sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites; please review their policies separately.
Children’s privacy
The Site is intended for a general business audience and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
